Yes. Submit the request form on any deal page and we reply within 1 hour on the contact you provided, in English or Japanese. A free English/Japanese coordinator joins you at the center for check-in and results, so you never have to worry about language.
Do I pay online?+
No. You pay at the health checkup center on the day — cash, credit card or wire transfer all accepted. We only hold your reservation with no prepayment, deposit or booking fee.
Is this really the local Korean price?+
Yes. We're paid a finder's fee by the center, so there is no foreigner mark-up. You pay the same price a local Korean patient would — sometimes lower thanks to our spot deals. Final payment is in KRW.
What happens if my checkup finds a problem?+
As a government-certified medical tourism agency, we connect you to Korea's top university and general hospitals and to the right specialist for your condition. We arrange the appointment, prepare your records, and a free coordinator supports you through treatment and follow-up.
What if I need to cancel?+

Where are the centers and how do I get there?+
After booking we share the exact center name, address, subway directions, and a Google Maps pin. Most partner centers are 2–5 minutes on foot from major stations in Gangnam or Myeongdong, Seoul.
What are the most popular checkups?+
Visitors most often choose the comprehensive health screening, gastroscopy & colonoscopy with sedation, brain MRI/MRA, PET-CT cancer screening, and the women's health package. Most finish in a single morning.
How many days in Korea do I need?+
Most checkups finish in 2–4 hours, often a single morning, so you can sightsee the same day. Endoscopy with sedation needs a few hours of rest afterward, and full premium packages may take a half to full day. Tell us your itinerary and we'll suggest what fits.
